Job Description
- Supervise and execute finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, and external facade work.
- Ensure all finishing activities are completed within budget, time, and quality parameters.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is met.
- Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications for finishing works.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and resolve on-site issues related to finishing work promptly.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper use and storage of finishing materials and tools.
- Maintain a snag-free delivery of completed areas and manage defect rectification processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in finishing works (residential, commercial, or interior projects).
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishing techniques.
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, BOQs and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
