Job Description
- Manage the entire implementation process on site to achieve planned timeline and deliverables.
- Review/validate approved shop drawings to identify implementation procedures and ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure implementation is carried as per approved standards, client requirements and design specifications.
- Providing technical advice to site team and report site conflicts to project manager.
- Set project action plan and determine needed resources with the project Manager in order to fulfil the project’s needs.
- Notify the project manager of the needed materials to avoid any delay in the project timeline
- Make sure that materials are organized and ensure site safety.
- Manage, and evaluate subcontractors work and report to project planning and procurement.
- Manage day-to-day project activities to achieve/optimize cost.
- Manage work assignment & allocation for foremen across different projects to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Make sure that accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities are met.
- Report any design/scope change requested by project’s owner to projects manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture Grades ONLY is a must.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in managing high-end finishing works and furniture installation.
- Good knowledge of ( Microsoft office – auto cad)
