Job Description
- Follow up issuance & renewal process with issuance Seles ,costumer and insurance company
- Receive requests for issuance from the relevant departments, review and make sure they meet all the required data for the issuance of insurance in order to secure the transport of documents.
- Activate the issuance of insurance and the follow-up to facilitate all the steps until the completion of the process of release requests.
- Receive insurance documents and review it in accordance with the request of the sender version, according to the terms of insurance and rates.
- Hand checks to insurance companies immediately upon issuance and receive receipt of delivery, save both physically and electronically.
- Review on the issuance and repayment of insurance polices
- Notify various departments of the insurance coverage with a copy of the document to those departments.
- Communicate any error with the insurance company to amend the documents and follow-up on the amended version issuance.
- Respond to all inquiries received from different departments and inform colleagues in the compensation department about all the required information.
- Scan all insurance documents and save them electronically and retain the original of the documents in the archive department.
- Take all repayment insurance issues and follow up the issuance pay checks documentation procedures during the agreed repayment deadline with insurance companies.
- Implement all the required amendments presented inside insurance policies or sent from different departments.
- Send periodic reporting documents to warn the relevant department by the end of duration of documents and follow up on the situation of shipment.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree
- Language Requirements: good knowledge in English
