Egyscan for Radiology and Labs is hiring an Insurance Approval Officer with strong experience in medical insurance processing. This role is critical in ensuring all medical procedures are pre-approved as per insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit and follow up on approval requests with insurance companies
Verify patient insurance coverage before procedures
Coordinate with reception and medical teams to confirm approvals
Manage insurance records and documentation
Handle denials and resubmissions professionally
Provide updates to patients regarding their insurance status
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical insurance approvals
Good knowledge of insurance companies’ protocols and portals
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
