Shift: Overnight Only | 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Are you a night owl with a passion for helping others? Join our team as a Patient Support Representative and be the first point of contact for patients after hours. You’ll handle calls, emails, and chats, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and ensure a smooth, caring experience every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat
✔️ Schedule appointments & verify insurance (VOB)
✔️ Document interactions & escalate concerns as needed
✔️ Ensure HIPAA compliance and deliver 5-star service
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Fluent English speaker
✅ Strong customer service skills (healthcare preferred)
✅ Organized, empathetic, and tech-savvy
✅ Able to work independently overnight
High school diploma required; healthcare admin certification is a plus
