About the role:
A very dynamic Customer Experience (Sales background)
JD:
- Sell bespoke travel packages, luxury holidays, and VIP experiences via phone & digital channels.
- Deliver a world class service to high-net-worth clients by deeply understanding their unique challenges, preferences, and aspirations to craft personalized solutions.
- Leverage expert negotiation skills and persuasive communication to close high-value deals, upsell premium offerings, and foster long-term client loyalty.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, translating client needs into tailored recommendations that align with their lifestyle and priorities.
- Thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment with uncapped earning potential and incentives for exceeding goals..
Job Requirements
We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in *tele sales/call center sales, preferably in **luxury travel, concierge, or hospitality*.
- Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken) – a must!
- Exceptional *negotiation & customer service skills*.
- A passion for *luxury travel and elite client experiences*.
Work Conditions:
- 5 Working days - 2 days off
- 8 H per day.
