Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
- Manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, and daily budgets.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, headlines, and audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop strong ad visuals and messaging.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated on platform policies and algorithm changes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads.
- Proven results managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Solid understanding of pixels, conversion tracking, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
