Job Description
- Monitor implementation and update the schedule using planning tools.
- Review actual data and compare results to values.
- Prepare periodic relative reports on achievements, deficiencies, and corrective recommendations.
- Undertake various project-related specializations and propose optimal solutions.
- Follow up on updated schedules in coordination with technical sectors.
- Submit early warning reports on delays or shortcomings.
- Update the PMIS system with executive information and supporting documents.
- Prepare and format interactive reports using Power BI.
- Support technical teams in using tools such as Microsoft Project and Planner.
- Contribute to documenting lessons learned from project implementation.
- Contribute to developing beneficiary reports and performance indicators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
- Project Management Experience: 2-4 years in project management or a related role.
- PMO Experience: Preferably 2-4 years in a PMO environment.
- Prepare and format interactive reports using Power BI.
