Coordinate and manage all export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and potential markets for company products.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas buyers and service providers.
Collaborate with internal teams such as production, sales, and quality assurance to fulfill export orders accurately.
Ensure adherence to all export laws, regulations, and documentation requirements for each destination country.
Provide regular reports and updates on export activities, market trends, and performance metrics to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in export operations, international sales, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to work on-site and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
