Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- ability to sale various products through messages
- Assist customers in placing their orders online and guide them through the shopping process
- Confirm orders with customers via phone calls to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with courier companies to arrange the most convenient delivery time for each customer
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while managing customer interactions
- Update the team with any customer issues, delays, or feedback
- Ability to handling clients and solve their problems
- Submit the required reports
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in social media moderation is a plus
- Must have Strong communication and sales skills
- Confident using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and online order systems
- Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
