Job Description
- Taking photos and recording video clips to use in a video
- Working with the director to determine the order of scenes and how each scene will fit together with the others to tell a coherent story
- Collaborate with the production designer, art director to create graphics, titles, or visual effects within the contained environment of the shots taken for a particular project Managing the production from scratch to deliver final projects.
- Working quickly & efficiently on multiple projects from beginning
- to completion including editing other photographers' videos, and/or
shooting video on his or her own - Project-manages video/audio packages, including special coverage of
events, ensuring we are prepared to deliver top-quality multimedia for
major events and milestone happenings - Producing and coordinating the creation of multi-media content for online;
- Help generate ideas for projects
- Work as video journalist including the set up/coordination of
interviews/interview subjects, interviewing prior to a video shoot and
interviewing on-site for video shoot - Work on a brief agreed with the head of departments to develop & create new promotional designs for TIEC projects / programs.
- Develop designs for websites & presentations to help shape & illustrate the unique brands for TIEC programs.
- Continuously explore new design & brand best practices.
- Other projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Expert in one or two of the following Software:
- -Adobe Premiere Pro, Knowledge of After Effects is preferred
- -Adobe XD (for website previews)
- Extensive experience in creating short videos for Facebook Ads and other Social Media marketing platforms
- Skilled in both Graphics Design and Video Editing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience: in video shooting and editing & with Adobe programs (Photoshop – illustrator – InDesign – Audition).
- General multimedia editing (Photoshop, iMovie/Final Cut)
- Skilled production in video and audio
- General computing (text editors, spreadsheets, FTP, etc.)
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and 2d compositing
- Skilled in both Graphics Design and Video Editing
- Impeccable attention to detail and a quick learner.
- At ease working both as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and stress and handle difficult situations tactfully.
