- Assist in various OD projects for all GB employees. (Hi-pot program, Job Profiling, career path and succession planning)
- Create/update Job descriptions & competencies for new/existing positions
- Responsible for all logistics and administration related to Assessment/Development Centres
- Assist in generating reports and creating database for all OD & Assessment activities
- Assist in updating data for employees on the Talent Profile system
Job Requirements
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent English
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
