Job Description
- Coordinating and organizing the agenda of Chairman including all projects/ duties and coordinating with all internal/ external parties involved in each project/ duty.
- Arranging and coordinating Chairman Meetings.
- Participating in meetings and preparing the minutes of meetings and presentations.
- Collecting the required data for the preparation of special reports as assigned by Chairman.
- Provide assistance to different business functions related to different departments.
- Follow-up with different departments.
- Report to management and provide decision support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent in English language.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, decision making and negotiation.
- Very good skills in customer service, planning and organizing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle work load.
