Job Description

  • Coordinating and organizing the agenda of Chairman including all projects/ duties and coordinating with all internal/ external parties involved in each project/ duty.
  • Arranging and coordinating Chairman Meetings.
  • Participating in meetings and preparing the minutes of meetings and presentations.
  • Collecting the required data for the preparation of special reports as assigned by Chairman.
  • Provide assistance to different business functions related to different departments.
  • Follow-up with different departments.
  • Report to management and provide decision support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent in English language.
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, decision making and negotiation.
  • Very good skills in customer service, planning and organizing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle work load.
