Travel Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good / basic background in the tourism industry and possess a comprehensive knowledge of travel booking systems and visa processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Arrangements:
    • Coordinate travel bookings using the Amadeus system.
    • Arrange accommodations and flights for both domestic and international travel.

 

  • Visa and Documentation:
    • Manage the visa application process for various countries.
    • Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and up to date.

    • Oversee the payment process for travel-related expenses.

 

  • Policy Compliance:
    • Stay informed about GB Corp’s travel policies.
    • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with corporate policies and guidelines.

 

  • Adaptability and Integration:
    • Quickly adapt to GB Corp’s environment and corporate culture.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
