We're Hiring: Spanish Inbound Tour Operator

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences for international visitors? We're looking for a dedicated Spanish Inbound Tour Operator to join our growing team and handle both B2B and B2C tour operations for groups and individuals.
Job Description
- Manage inbound tour packages (B2B & B2C) for individuals and groups.
- Handle tailor-made travel requests with a focus on personalized experiences.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand and fulfill their travel needs.
- Prepare detailed rate quotations and tour itineraries.
- Coordinate contracting with hotels, Nile cruises, and other suppliers.
- Organize and book domestic flights, train tickets, ground transportation, accommodations, activities, and excursions.
- Issue service vouchers and travel documentation.
- Prepare commercial invoices for clients and accounting purposes.
- Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide alternative solutions when necessary.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in inbound tourism.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
