Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the accounting department while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. This role oversees key processes, including month-end and year-end close, cash management, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment with the organization’s financial goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
