Job Description
- Managing Accounting Records: Maintain and organize the company’s accounting records and ensure their accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual reports of profit and loss, general budgets, and balance sheets.
- Overseeing Accounts: Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Invoicing and Reconciliation: Prepare invoices for all financial transactions and perform account reconciliations.
- Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial reports and contribute to decision-making based on financial data.
- Tax Reporting: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and laws.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with management and commercial teams to ensure financial alignment.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to accounting and administrative processes to achieve financial efficiency.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Ability to work with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations.
