Job Description
A leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Accounting Manager) to join its dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations of the company.
• Prepare and review periodic and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial performance and provide accurate reports to senior management.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and follow up on all tax declarations (income tax, VAT, etc.) and ensure full compliance with tax laws.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team to enhance their capabilities.
• Implement and enforce financial systems and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• A minimum of 10 years of specific experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
• Proven and extensive experience in taxation, including preparing tax returns and dealing with tax authorities.
• Proficiency in specialized accounting software (mention specific software if applicable, e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
