Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the full accounting cycle for our FMCG distribution company. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Taxation, along with a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the entire accounting department (AR, AP, GL, Tax).
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, month-end closing, and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in FMCG distribution.
- In-depth knowledge of ERB System particularly Odoo.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, strong organizational abilities.
