Job Description

  • Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Consider your position as the main mediator between the client and TMS team, as you will coordinate between all the departments in the agency and the client with reporting to the managing director with all the needed tasks.
  • Writing clear and error-free content that reflects client’s voice.
  • Working with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.
  • Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients.
  • Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts.
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
  • Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress.
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all times.
  • Developing creative content for social media.
  • Creative thinking with excellent writing and research skills to help us elevate the plans every month.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and client-related industry trends.
  • Responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately boost sales.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Meeting with clients to understand their message, brand voice and target audience.
  • Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carrying out projects once they are approved.
  • Copy writing English and Arabic for social media calendars.
  • Utilize a variety of writing styles appropriate for our company.
  • Monitor content success and progress.
  • Monitor traffic and conversion.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital advertising position.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
