Job Description
| 1. | Develops investor’s confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value. |
| 2. | Develops an efficient investor relations plan, strategy and framework. |
| 3. | Creates and manages a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties. |
| 4. | Manages equity research and investor relationships. |
| 5. | Provides insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team. |
| 6. | Works with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters |
| 7. | Helps in preparing the company’s Annual Report |
| 8. | Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics, differentiation and competitor behavior. |
| 9. | Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors |
| 10. | Oversees the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements |
| 11. | Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site |
| 12. | Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management |
| 13. | Considers as the key point of contact with the investment community |
| 14. | Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives |
| 15. | Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings |
| 16. | Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results |
Job Requirements
| Education | : | Bachelor of Commerce (preferably in English commerce) |
| Computer Skills | : | Excellent MS office Excellent internet browsing |
| Languages | : | Excellent English & Arabic (written & spoken) |
| Ideal experience | : | - 2 -4 years’ experience in an Investors relations position in a reputable organization. - Excellent communication skills - Excellent time management |
