Job Description
- Coordination with Security Company
- Implement agreed security plans and ensure compliance.
- Regularly review and update the security strategy based on risks.
- Violation Management & Daily Monitoring
- Issue security violation reports and coordinate with Customer Service.
- Supervise gate operations and enforce entry/exit policies.
- Surveillance Systems Monitoring
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV and access control systems.
- Secure ground-floor units through patrols and protective measures.
- Access Control
- Manage main gate operations; verify IDs of workers and visitors.
- Monitor vehicle access and regularly update the database.
- Field Supervision & Reporting
- Submit daily and monthly security reports with incidents and recommendations.
- Monitor compliance of workers, staff, and visitors with security policies.
- Emergency & Preventive Measures
- Respond immediately to security threats (e.g., theft, intrusion).
- Identify security vulnerabilities and propose solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in residential compounds.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and security protocols.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (reports, data entry).
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
- High attention to detail and ability to act under pressure.
- Clean criminal record.
