Job Description
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through direct outreach, networking, and research.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present products and services, build relationships, and understand their business needs.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial Manager (e.g., marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position products and services.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally with at least 3 years in a supervisory or Senior role within the transportation or B2B sales. Experience in closing deals directly is a must.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Sales-Oriented: A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Office Proficiency: Experience using Office softwares
- Creativity: Ability to brain storm, and suggest creative ideas
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and overcome obstacles.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- *Experience in transportation or travel is a plus
