About the Role:
We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead high-value SaaS sales across the GCC. This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring and growing enterprise accounts. You’ll manage the full sales cycle and build strong relationships with both customers and strategic vendors. Experience in contact center solutions is a plus. Familiarity with Genesys and contact center operations is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal solution teams to deliver tailored proposals.
• Build strong relationships with technology vendors to align on strategy and drive joint opportunities.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and report progress to leadership.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales.
• Proven success closing complex, high-value deals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and decision-making processes.
• Experience in contact center solutions and/or operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Genesys solutions is a strong plus.
• experienced in selling to the GCC market.
