Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing roles.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
