Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Corporate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting partner companies to distribute employee salary advance cards, ensuring a smooth distribution process, and maintaining positive relationships with these companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit partner companies to Explain Halan products to employees & distribute salary advance cards to employees.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient understanding Halan products and distribution of salary advance cards.
- Maintain and nurture positive relationships with partner companies to foster ongoing collaboration and support.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during selling / Card distribution process providing excellent customer service for both employees and partner companies.
- Collect feedback from employees and partner companies to improve selling / card distribution process as overall experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery on time and availability of salary advance cards.
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
