Our account heroes have the power of acquiring, activating and retaining our clients.

Role Description

Customer Acquisition

Training (provided by Darwinz) on the service from a customer point of view.

Generate Sales Leads & Follow-up on existing Sales Leads.

Set & attend sales meetings and calls.

Close sales deals.

Customer Activation

On-board customer and perform induction training.

Ensure customers are comfortable to integrating the service into their daily lives.

Perform Basic System Change Requests (non-technical)

Customer Retention

Act as the customer's SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and representative from Darwinz.

Coordinate between all internal departments at Darwinz & the customer.

Enhance customer engagement rates and achieve engagement quotas.

Up-sell other relevant services and additional services from Darwinz to existing customers.

Achieve customer retention quotas.
