Job Description
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for medical team within the hospital setting.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the medical services, offered by the hospital, as well as their features.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of medical sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Build a strong relationship with physicians and consultants to understand their needs and promote services and facilities effectively.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and solutions that address the specific needs and requirements of hospital customers.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets.
- Prepare Monthly sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management review.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience including 2 years as medical sales section head.
- Hospitals background is a must.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
