Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for
developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand's visibility, attract new guests, foster customer loyalty, and drive sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and a deep understanding of the food and beverage landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
* Brand Management: Oversee all brand-related activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
* Social Media Management: Lead our social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis across relevant platforms.
* Guest Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance the overall guest journey, from pre-visit awareness to post-visit engagement.
* Promotional Activities: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events to drive traffic and sales.
* Digital Marketing: Manage our online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing campaigns.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with culinary, operations, and HR teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing management, with a significant portion specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
* Demonstrated experience managing marketing for well-known F&B brands is essential.
* Strong track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, analytics).
* Experience in enhancing guest experience through marketing initiatives.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to marketing.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
