Job Description
- Participate in setting up a long and medium term plan for the maintenance work to work in all the company's sites
- Receiving cars and determining the type of malfunction to be repaired
- Direct the car to the competent center to repair the malfunction
- Execution of technicians implementing the required maintenance work and following up on the implementation of maintenance according to the set timetable
- Supervising the experience of cars after they are repaired
- Follow up the results of the periodic inspection of all the company's cars and submit them to the department
- Technical reports for repairs
- supervising the Technicians and evaluate them each month
Job Requirements
Qualification and Specialization:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Department of Mechanics)
- (preferably experience in the field of diesel cars: Actor - Jumbo - Canter - Toyota - Nissan - Tank - and Clarks)
Knowledge and skills:
- Effective planning
- Proficiency in computers, especially office programs, fleet maintenance programs
- Very good in spoken and written English
- Ability to make decisions
- Team Leadership Skills
- The strength of observation
