Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for film manufacturing processes.
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance production reliability.
Analyze mechanical failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, energy efficiency, and waste minimization.
Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on mechanical systems and best practices.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, upgrades, and procurement of spare parts.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in industrial operations.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible work schedules as required.
