Job Description
- responsible for managing the whole academic process starting from managing curriculum reviews, supervising instructor quality assessment periodically, reviewing the academic content of the given material,
- providing staff training, and ensuring a high level of study satisfaction among all our students for Business Administration Programs.
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of academic curricula, programs, and courses to ensure alignment with institutional goals, student needs, and industry demands.
- Interview and selectInstructors through conducting demos
- Replying to students' inquiries in coordination with the CS team
- Recommend further materials/books for students and provide academic guidance if applicable
- Represent the institution in external academic and professional networks to stay abreast of industry trends, benchmark against peer institutions, and identify collaborative opportunities.
- Ensure curriculum content, materials, and delivery methods comply with all relevant accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
- Evaluate existing curricula and make recommendations for revisions, additions, or eliminations based on data-driven analyses of student performance, enrollment trends, and feedback from stakeholders.
- Assist the Marketing department with needed academic info and review brochures
- Responsible for data protection.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the institution's strategic academic plan, ensuring the curriculum supports the overall vision and goals. Coordinate with new Instructors on any inquiries, suggestions, or clarification needed for the assignments or module overall.
- Communicate any new policy to all departments
- Check with Admission entry requirements and studying details for universities
- Sending Periodical Reports to The Academic Dean
- Coordinate with the entire Academic Sub-departments
- Work on New specialization or program development
- Orientation, and training through Zoom or via recorded video help understand each program's specifications and objectives for students,
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
- Extensive experience in a senior academic management role.
- An understanding of the international education business.
- MBA is a must /DBA, PhD is Preferred.
- TOT certificate.
- Diploma of Education.
- Previous lecturing /training experience is a must
