Role in summary:

Accountable for proper communications between the management and existing and potential stakeholder while providing senior management with analysis on events occurring in the industry, the capital markets, and the broader macroeconomic environment with the aim of shareholder value maximization.

Job Responsibilities

1. Redefine the company’s equity story to effectively articulate its unique selling points and implement any required changes in the company presentation and other marketing materials aiming to maximize shareholder value.
2. Have a central role to the organization’s communication to internal and external stakeholders to ensure maintaining transparent image for the organization.
3. Make the proper measurements to increase market visibility and liquidity aiming to increase the investor engagement and reinforcing the shareholder base.
4. Take all the relevant measure that aims to reduce the share price volatility and produce more accurate valuation.
5. Develops a plan for stakeholders’ interaction (i.e. conferences, roadshows, general assembly), developing a schedule for shareholder events which may include creating and reviewing the agenda, suggesting, and setting the format and dates of the meetings, and fielding questions that may arise before, during, and after the meeting.
6. Implements, develops, and updates the organization's corporate messaging across different formats, including board presentation, quarterly earnings releases and annual report. 
7. Assists in designing the Q and A's for the investor community and communicates the key internal developments that have occurred in the organization and provides valuable information regarding the company's strategies, its operations, and the overall financial performance, ensuring the consistency with previous announcements or communications.
8. Handles the gathering and analyzing of the business' financial, operational, and strategic information to present to the shareholders to update them on their investments and to potential investors to encourage investment in company shares, serving as the primary point of contact for the investment community.
9. Constantly updating the ‘Investor Relations (IR)’ section on the company website ensuring presenting a complete and transparent view of the company.
10. Keep current of the recent news and events and able to have comprehensive projections to economic and financial trends and its effect on Company’s investors.
11. Ensure being aware of all the government authorities’ regulations and laws submitting all the required disclosures according to the listing rules making sure to maintain healthy relationship with EGX and FRA. 
12. Handling all corporate transactions when arises such as treasury shares, stock splits, and mergers and acquisitions.
