Job Description:

• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in resolving technical and functional problems related to Dynamics 365.
• Data Management: Support data analysis, reporting, and migration activities within Dynamics 365, utilizing its analytics tools and assisting in data integrity efforts.
• Documentation and Training: Participate in creating and updating user guides, process documentation, and training materials to support effective platform utilization.
• Solution Exploration: Collaborate with the team to identify, develop, and test solutions within Dynamics 365 to improve business processes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
