Job Description
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of content creators, graphic designers, and editors
- Review, edit, and approve all creative deliverables for quality and consistency
- Align creative direction with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Maintain and manage the production timeline for creative projects
- Propose innovative formats and storytelling methods to enhance brand engagement
- Collaborate closely with performance, media, and branding teams across departments
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- 3–5 years of experience in creative direction, content production, or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing creative teams or projects from concept to execution
- Strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital media trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or equivalent tool
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in EdTech, startups, or youth-focused sectors is a strong plus
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
