Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Engineering is a bonus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LED lighting or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
