Job Description

Lead Management and Pipeline Development

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and attract high-potential international leads within target industries and regions.
  • Effectively manage and organize leads using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking across all stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Regularly update and maintain CRM systems with detailed and up-to-date lead and customer information.

Customer Engagement and Outreach

  • Implement targeted online sales strategies, including personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital engagement initiatives.
  • Craft tailored messages that address prospects’ unique needs, challenges, and regional specifics.
  • Execute timely follow-ups through CRM, with proactive direct calls when necessary to engage leads effectively.

Lead Qualification and Conversion

  • Assess and qualify leads by analyzing company size, industry, and specific requirements to determine potential value.
  • Utilize CRM analytics and lead scoring tools to prioritize high-potential leads and streamline follow-up efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive qualified leads through the sales funnel, ensuring conversion and activation targets are met.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Set, track, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead engagement, conversion metrics, and customer activations to assess and enhance sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver actionable reports with insights to continuously optimize sales strategies and CRM utilization.
