Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Qesm 2nd Nasser City. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, supporting desktop computers, and offering help desk support to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems. Daily tasks will include responding to user inquiries, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
- 2 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting skills, as well as computer hardware, software, and office equipment.
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
- Experience in managing email system, file sharing, etc.
- Help Desk Support skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
