We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
This unique role combines cutting-edge digital marketing strategies with a deep understanding of Holy Cities' significance and appeal.
The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing efforts to promote Madinah as a premier destination for pilgrims and tourists alike.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Madinah's online presence and attract visitors
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Create and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across search, social, and display platforms
Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings and user experience
Analyze campaign performance and ROI using advanced analytics tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cultural sensitivity in all marketing efforts
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, particularly those relevant to tourism and Holy Cities promotion
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to maximize marketing effectiveness
Develop and oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
Deep understanding of Islamic culture and traditions, with the ability to apply this knowledge in marketing contexts
Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Willingness to stay updated on digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
