Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team as a Marketing, Public Relations, and Tender Management Specialist. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling marketing campaigns, managing public communication, and overseeing the full tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional materials.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and digital marketing activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, media, and stakeholders.
- Draft and manage official correspondence, presentations, and press releases.
- Monitor tender platforms and identify relevant opportunities.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial offers in coordination with concerned departments.
- Maintain tender documentation and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and communicate with clients regarding outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and PR, preferably in construction or service-based sectors.
- Good knowledge of the public and private tendering process in Egypt.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
