Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote
Reporting To: Sales Director

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our online sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities by researching industry trends and potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and recommending solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Set sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry activities, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to guide business decisions.
  • CRM & Technology Utilization: Leverage CRM tools and technology to optimize sales operations and customer engagement.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary
  • Monthly commission based on performance
  • 15 days annual leave

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday & Half days on Saturdays

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage an international team with different languages.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
