- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- (1:3) years of experience as Service Desk Specialist.
- (CCNA & MCSA) Certified.
- 10th of Ramadan Resident or nearby.
