Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, subcontractor agreements, NDAs, procurement contracts, and facility management agreements.
- Provide legal advice on contractual obligations, liabilities, and risk exposure, ensuring alignment with local laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, Operations, Finance, etc.) to support commercial transactions and mitigate contractual risks.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to facility management.
- Participate in contract lifecycle management, including amendments, renewals, and termination processes.
- Assist in dispute resolution, legal correspondence, and coordination with external counsel when required.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact the company’s operations and provide timely updates.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and contract templates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law; a Master’s or LLM is an advantage.
- Membership in the Egyptian Bar Association.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate law, with a primary focus on contract negotiation and management.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial and civil law.
- Prior experience in facility management, construction, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proficient in drafting contracts in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational ability.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards.
