Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate all types of contracts clients, ensuring company's interests are well protected at all times.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and Handling court cases for commercial and labor issues.
- Examine the legal issues related to our products and services.
- Provide legal advice and device creative solutions on all aspects of our business operations and interests.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in resolving complex legal and commercial issues by continuously researching and keeping abreast of practices and development to ensure maximum protection of company’s interests.
- Find innovative solutions to serve and protect the business needs in complex and/or challenging deals and transactions.
- Work with other members of the legal team on special projects and initiatives.
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Appeal lawyer (is preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic, with the capacity to draft comprehensive documents in both languages.
- Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels in the organization, including at the governance and regulator levels.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet agreed with deadlines and work under pressure.
