Job Description
- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues affecting the organization.
- Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Represent the organization in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in laws.
- V. Good English speakers
- Experience in dealing with government authorities.
