As we continue to expand, we are excited to announce our new investment in Egypt. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Cairo. 

We are looking for an Lawyer who has expertise in corporate law, international business transactions and regulations and will be responsible for providing legal guidance, ensuring compliance with  international laws, and supporting the company’s operations and growth in Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and commercial matters,
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents for the company,
• Assist in managing legal disputes and liaise with external counsel as needed,
• Review and monitor regulatory and legislative changes that could affect operations,
• Offer strategic legal guidance to senior management and various departments,
• Develop and maintain legal risk management strategies,
