Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue for Marwa Palace Hotel.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, event planners, and corporate partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and special events.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Represent Marwa Palace Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel sales processes, market segmentation, and revenue management.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
