Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue for Marwa Palace Hotel.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, leisure, and group segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, event planners, and corporate partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and special events.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Represent Marwa Palace Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with hotel policies.
- Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel sales processes, market segmentation, and revenue management.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
