Job Description
- Planning and managing finishing operations while closely monitoring progress.
- Coordinating with finishing contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines.
- Ensuring quality finishing and adherence to technical standards.
- Monitor performance of technicians, contractors and suppliers.
- To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Finishing works at all stages
- To check the storage of materials.
- To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
- Responsible for site preparation to building completion.
- Experienced with all execution phases.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Preparing reports as required.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Major: Architecture
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finishing works.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Time management skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Team player
