Job Description
- Achieve quarterly volume and revenue targets.
- Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers.
- Create and execute quarterly engagement plan (existing customers)
- Create and execute quarterly sales plan (new customers.
- Acquire and onboard new customers.
- Add leads to the individual sales funnel and converting to won opportunities.
- Maintain and record all customer data and history of interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
- Obtain forecasts and proactively plan with customers and concerned internal parties.
- Update Proactively rates for customers.
- Liaise with CS counterpart to effectively manage the customer.
- Follow up for customer payments.
- Update and complete required reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in any sales role
- Prior experience in B2B sales and account management (shipping and logistics is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Preferably Logistics)
- Knowledge of MS Office, with a particular focus on MS Excel
- Excellent command of English (Spoken & Written)
