Job Description

  • Welcome patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-
    informed.
  • Provide general information about the clinic’s services, operating hours, and staff, either in
    person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Verify patient information, including personal details, medical history, insurance information,
    and reason for the visit.
  • Ensure patients are informed of wait times and assist in ensuring they are seen by the
    appropriate healthcare provider in a timely manner.
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments for patients based on availability and healthcare
    provider preferences.
  • Keep the clinic's appointment schedule organized, ensuring there are no conflicts or errors.
  • Communicate with Hotline agents to manage patient flow and make any necessary adjustments
    to the schedule.
  • Maintain and update patient records
  • Assist patients in filling out necessary medical forms and obtain required signatures.
  • Ensure that patient records are filed appropriately and kept up to date in both paper and
    electronic formats.
  • Arrange referrals to approval doctors, referral coordinator and other health care Partners.
  • Escalate any problems to the administrative clinics manager.
  • Reports the daily health activities.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree.
  • 2 years of office work experience and an experience of clinics reception role will be a
    plus.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Well organized and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior staff, as well as collaborate effectively with
    multidisciplinary teams.
  • Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Very Good command of English is a must
